In her free time Kristi enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her husband Jack and their 2 children, socializing with friends and traveling to new places.

Carey began her professional career as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Champion Real Estate in Raleigh, NC at the age of 28. Over the last few decades she acquired the knowledge of contracts and possesses strong negotiating skills that are so valuable to her clients she represents, giving her an edge over other agents in the industry. At the core of Carey's experience is the desire to connect with people, to understand their goals, and to help them turn their dreams into reality. As someone who has raised two children in the Oconee County area, Carey has a vast knowledge of the schools, and housing market as it has grown over the years. She is energetic and excited to tackle new opportunities. She has personally built many homes from the ground up and helped clients navigate the process as well. Dedicated, compassionate, and trustworthy, she has excellent advice and enjoys seeing her clients buy solid real estate investments. Carey takes pride in guiding others and she genuinely listens to their needs and desires. As an undergraduate, Carey attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication while competing on a full athletic scholarship in the sport of gymnastics. Carey enjoys her lake house on Lake Oconee, managing her personal real estate investments, and most importantly spending quality time with her husband Ed and their two boys.
